Fluid Delivery & Air Administration Tubing
Close tolerance tubing and cut-to-length tubing components result in a more consistent, leak-free assembled device. ETO & Gamma compatible materials include: DEHP-Free PVC, Polyolefins and Polyurethane. Sizes range from ID's: .040-.375", OD's: .125-.500". Custom colors and striping available. Available spooled and cut to length.
Microbore and IV Tubing
Precision microbore, minibore and small bore components in bulk or cut to length for device assemblies, IV extension lines, pump segments, and infusion sets. ETO & Gamma compatible materials include: DEHP-Free PVC, Polyolefins and Polyurethane. Sizes range from ID's: .005-.125", OD's: .025-.250". Custom colors, frosting, and striping available.
Needle & Instrument Point Protectors
Custom disposable guards for needle, instrument, or scalpel with a point or edge that needs protection. ETO & Gamma compatible materials include Low Density Polyethylene, High Density Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and PVC. Smooth or custom ribbed configurations available. Offered in natural, colored, striped, and radiopaqued options.
Guidewire Dispenser Tubing & Protective Sheathing
Guidewire dispensers and protective sheathing tubes for guidewires, fiber optics, and endoscope devices. ETO & Gamma compatible tubes can be made from Low Density Polyethylene, High Density Polyethylene, and Polypropylene. Sizes to fit common channel clips include: .100 ID x .150" OD and .175 ID x .225" OD. Custom diameters are available and all dispenser tubing can be cut to length.
In-Line Printed Tubing
Offered as an affordable alternative to PAD printing, our in-link ink-jet printing is the most economical way to add custom print to your medical tubing. Add definition to tubes with names, logos, direction, procedural marks, or numerical characters that identify size.
Contract Extrusion Services
Tubing from Extrusion Alternatives is made to order and customized to your specifications. We specialize in the extrusion of flexible, but-to-length tubing components for common disposable medical products. We also offer low-cost extruded solutions for disposable guards, covers, protectors, and sheathing.
